NeuroSuperpowers Network

Vision

A world where neurodiverse youth recognize their unique strengths as superpowers, feel supported in their growth, and have mentors who help them thrive into adulthood.

Mission

To connect neurodiverse kids and young adults (ages 10–20) with mentors who celebrate their differences, foster confidence, and guide them in school, career, and life.

Why This Matters

  • 1 in 5 young people are neurodiverse, yet many feel isolated, misunderstood, or overlooked.
  • Traditional education often focuses on deficits instead of strengths, leaving talents untapped.
  • A positive mentor can change a life — building resilience, reducing anxiety, and unlocking hidden potential.

What We Do

  • Mentorship Matching: Pair neurodiverse youth with mentors (adults with lived experience, professionals, or older students).
  • Training & Support: Provide mentors with orientation on neurodiversity, empathy, and safe mentorship practices.
  • Safe Spaces: Offer both in-person and online mentorship options, with parent/guardian involvement and safeguarding protocols.
  • Workshops & Events: Host skill-building sessions in creativity, STEM, arts, leadership, and life skills — highlighting neurodiverse superpowers.
